We launched our Castor & Pollux blog back in May. Since that time we’ve written posts on a variety of topics ranging from dog and cat adoption, to animal cruelty, to notes on the organic food industry, and so on. Now we’re curious to know what you think. What posts have interested you the most? Do you want more information on pet health and nutrition? We were buying Castor & Pollux cat food. Under advice from our veterinarian who practices homeopathic treatment for ailing cats,dogs, farm animals, horses, etc.,
we no longer serve prepared cat food made with grain. If you make a grain -free diet, we will continue to purchase from you.
Also cellulose or other substitutes ought not be added to a feline diet for any reason. They would never eat these fake foods in the wild. Domestic cats and older cats may need LESS FOOD but not less protein and empty calories. Yours is not the only company offering these products. I tried C&P& once, and returned the bag after reading the label and recogonizing that it was the wrong solution. If I wouldn’t ingest this ingredient, why would I give it to our cats?
